The tii is a very nice concept, here is for hoping those Recaro’s finally make the leap. The 1 series aero kit on it though looks nice. What was your opinion of the show Gabe and Matt? What caught your eye? Gabe The tii is a very nice concept, here is for hoping those Recaro’s finally make the leap. They won’t make it to the US. What was your opinion of the show Gabe and Matt? What caught your eye? Good show. The 1 Series/tii concept, M3 race car, Nissan GT-R, Clubman among others… Sam Hope that X6 is prettier in person than it looks on film! Did BMW find the blueprints for the AMC Eagle in a landfill somewhere and build that thing:) Ben Geez, what is that enormous six-doored SUV thing? Jon I for one just don’t get the X6, looks never quite have got me. Believe Nissan’s GTR is going to be one to watch, and the Clubman is very unique. Actually like the rear doors more that I guessed i would in person. To bad about the Recaro’s Stuart BimmerFile looks fantastic. Congratulations. There are some great photos here. I think the 1 Series looks better in your photos than in BMW’s! The X6 is the most ungainly, ugly thing I’ve seen in a long time. Gabe That particular X6 was not done any favors by the small wheels and that ghastly burgandy. madams for me, the highlights were the old cars the tii & the GT-R, particularly the 6.3 in the Mercedes display, simply stunning. Jon 100% agree Gabe about the color selection on the X6 and wheel size lol. Have to admitt Matt that I jumped over the Mercedes pictures, will have to go back and check them out. eager2own I think the X6 is the nicest AMC Eagle I’ve seen in a while — not sure that’s saying much. cct1 Just got back from the car show–wish the 135i would have been open, would have really liked to have seen the interior (I knew the tii would be roped off). I was all excited to see the 135i–and the stock version left me a little disappointed; it just didn’t wow like I was hoping. The styling looks more in your face in pictures than it does in real life; the car is a bit laid back. But then I saw the tii… Beautiful car, looks like an entirely different model. Would look VERY nice all black. Great to have options–my next car is narrowed down to an R56 JCW or 135i modded–at least the suspension; it may be stupidly expensive though to mod it similar to the tii. As for the X6–please, someone put it out of its misery. Its BMW’s answer to the Pontiac Aztec. As I got closer, I thought I heard a noise, and it was in fact the little roundel on the hood (which surprised me as I didn’t realize roundels could talk), and it said, “Please, please sir, rip me off this abomination and stick me on an M3, or even a 1 series–hell, if you can’t do that, then just toss me in the garbage can over there–just get me outta here!
