2009 1 Series to Get Revised iDrive

As we reported awhile back the 2009 1 Series will indeed get the thoroughly revised iDrive. Bringing it in line with the 3, 5, and 7 series, the 2009 1er will also feature a larger 1024px screen that gives a traditional (in the BMW sense) split view and offers much more screen real-estate than previously available. You’re killin me!!!! I love my ’08 1er – but the increased – by far – functionality of the iDrive and the better screen would have been awesome! Alas, I’ll suffer through with my current 135. )

Heh I feel almost bad for your suffering GSK, heh. Poor guy has to go drive an 08 135i.

A very nice car, but can say looking forward to seeing it with the upgraded iDrive.

In place of the new iDrive you will have “Year one of the one” around the start button and a coffee table book. oh and a bunch of smiles from the miles !
