		<description>&lt;p&gt;Sorry to see the increase in weight on the car, I am a Gordon Murray fan and believe weight reduction is the single best path towards making a drivers car.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I do have respect for BMW&#039;s ability to wring performance out of large and heavy cars. Still at the end of every day the technical wizardry to make a heavy vehicle perform will never impress me as much as a lighter weight car that has similar ability due to lighter weight. For all my love of the 1 series that has never extended to the very bloated weight of BMW vehicles.&lt;/p&gt;

I guess what I&#039;m trying to say is, yes the 135i is a heavy mo-fo. However if you look at the EU unladen weight it may be a little lighter and now fare as poorly. Or not :)&lt;/p&gt;
