Over the next few weeks we expect the automotive industry to slowly come out of its late December combo to prepare for what still is the largest automotive event in the US: NAIAS. However this year we’ll be covering the show from every angle. Todd, Matt and myself be there to not only report from the floor but bring you the designers, executives, and insiders through a series of show floor BimmerCasts. Look for full galleries of the entire show as well.
The fun starts on January 11th where BMW will be showing off the ActiveE, Z4 35is, F10 5 Series and just about everything else you would expect and imagine. We’ll see you from the show floor in just under two weeks.
Sorry , The BMW 5er (F10) Will not be @ Detroit. US sales will not begin until the second quarter of the year. A New York debut is more likely. The World Premiere of the F10 will take place @ Geneva in March, prior to European sales beginning later that month. The first drives will coincide with the Geneva launch in Lisbon , Portugal.
ReplyHERR26 is right, the international apresentation will be at Portugal, in Sintra, i’m portuguese and i went to a local dealer and they told me that.
ReplyNo, nothing appears in the Toronto show. Not until at least a year after you see them all over the city. Sorry I’m exaggerating, but just a bit.
