Since the launch of the F30 3 Series we at BF have bemoaned the fact that BMW rid itself of the option and package structure that had been around for decades. No sport package and a lack of stand alone options was a shock to many BMW fans and hopeful 3 Series owners. Especially the enthusiast set. And now we have the 320i – not only a throwback in name but also in options and packages.
For one the sport package returns. But also we see a number of standalone options that aren’t available in the “lines” based 328i and 335i.
The 320i is available in both S and X drive formats, and with either a six speed manual or an eight speed automatic. Happy building.
