The biggest debut of 2014 already? It’s hard to argue against it if you’re an enthusiast. The M3 and M4 represent the sweet spot for M in terms of performance and everyday usability. And spending time with both cars today really proved that out.

As much as it’s a car dominated by the engine and the look it was little details that impressed. The lightness of the CFRP trunk lid was shocking. The seats, despite not having movable bottom bolsters are some of the best ever in an car. The interior trim is clearly a step above anything we’ve seen to date on an F30/F32. And the Yas Marina blue of the M3 is nothing short of stunning.
