Update #2: It looks like this concept may not be headed to Frankfurt at all. According to Autocar, it ‘s a five year old design study simply being moved from one location to another. Here ‘s an excert from Autocar ‘s explanation:

>This is not the BMW eco concept going to the Frankfurt motor show, but a five-year-old design study, according to the company.
A spokesman for BMW this morning told Autocar that it is a model being moved from the central design facility.

Update: It looks like we ‘re getting an early look at one of BMW ‘s Frankfurt debuts. The concept looks like something close to 6 Series with 4 doors. However from what we know the Vision Z concept is smaller and much more space efficient? Is this it? At this point it ‘s unclear.

Yet another surprise for Frankfurt? That ‘s what it appears we ‘re seeing in this spyshot. Courtesy of Bimmerpost, the image looks to be a concept version of what could be a 3 series sized car.
