We expect the car to first debut in Shanghai in late April in concept for (shiny wheels and expensive paint) before debuting online late this summer and at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September.

The M5 will be feature a revised version of the Twin-turbo V8 found in the X5 and X6 M. Developing around 560 hp and enormous amounts of torque we expect this to be the first M5 to get close to or below the 4.0 second barrier 0-60. What will be mated to that engine is as yet unclear.

Look for the M5 to hit some markets late this year or early next.
