BMW NA rolled out it ‘s latest and most aggressive program to help generate sales we ‘ve seen all year. The offer is going out to all current lease owners of 2010 vehicles that allow them to skip as many as three payments to buy a new or pre-owned BMW. The new program runs through the end of October.

The program (often referred to as a “pull-ahead program “) includes the 1 Series, new F30 Series and the 5, 6, 7, X3, X5 and X6. Notably absent are all M cars.

Will this help BMW make up the 5,221 car difference? Surely a lack of attractive incentives from BMW has helped Mercedes but the difference isn ‘t as great as you ‘d think based on the sales. BMW NA spends $3,418 or 37% more than the industry average compared with $3,582 and 44% from Mercedes.
