Car magazine has the tantalizing first images of the production 4 Series as it appears in the buff. We are not going to be apologetic in our love of all things Alpina. Sure they are expensive, sure they sometimes can be a bit over the top but that is the whole point. The automobiles that Buchloe churns out are nothing less than stellar when you consider the bespoke nature and exclusivity they represent. The B3 BiTurbo is the essence of performance and luxury wrapped into one. Don’t believe us? Check out the video. The caveat being the US can only dream of this car- especially in wagon form.
Late last year at EICMA in Milan, BMW Motorrad announced their intention to introduce a \"Boxer\" model to celebrate 90 years of making motorcycles. At the time this image was all they were giving the world in terms of what to expect, but it didn\'t take a genius to predict that the \"Boxer\" would likely just be a more naked and more \"cafe\" version of BMW\'s R 1200 R roadster. Personally, I would have loved to see a new, midsize 800cc air-cooled boxer twin, but I didn\'t have very high hopes for that. Engine dreams aside, today the internet is abuzz with concept renderings of the \"Boxer\" model.
We\'ve never been subtle about our love of the wagon here at BF. With similar utility to a crossover but with more dynamic qualities they offer the best of both worlds to those who don\'t want to compromise. However they\'ve been a dying breed in the US for many years. Case in point the current 5 Series wagon (the F11) that BMWNA decided to not import. However the F31 is here and as of today, officially in the BMWUSA.com configurator.

A few months back we brought you an early look at the BMW 4 Series based on reverse engineering VINs that were being used on test mules. This gave us a glimpse at options and engines that otherwise wouldn\'t have been made public until later this Spring. However now we\'ve hit the mother-load.
After achieving a record-breaking year in 2012, the BMW Group\'s outlook for the current 12-month reporting period is cautiously optimistic, based on ambitious targets set amid a persisting difficult and volatile economic environment. \"We are aiming to achieve a further rise in unit sales in the current year and hence a new sales volume record\", stated Norbert Reithofer, Chairman of the Board of Management of BMW AG, at the Annual Accounts Press Conference in Munich on Tuesday.
